This apprenticeship is designed to meet the skills needs of employers of all sizes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Intermediate apprentices will work in job roles such as team/section leaders, floor managers, helpdesk managers and trainee supervisors.
Tasks undertaken by apprentices will vary depending on the level and sector in which they are employed. Tasks may include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, agreeing budgets and managing and improving customer service.
STA attempt to be among the most competitive training providers in terms of price but we do not shave the quality. We are happy to negotiate a deal with employers to ensure that confidence in the final result is maintained and assured.
STA will conduct an initial assessment of the apprentice and design a comprehensive training programme that engages the apprentice and exposes them to the range of situations they can expect to experience in their chosen role within your organisation.
