This Advanced Apprenticeship responds to the employer need for high levels of customer service skill within a range of organisations. This apprenticeship is primarily aimed at individuals whose job role is customer service as an occupation, for example advanced apprentices may be Customer Relationship Managers, Co-ordinators and Team Leaders.
English and mathematics are in the customer service apprenticeship options offered for Functional Skills. For advanced apprentices, these skills could involve improving customer satisfaction, team leading, gathering and analysing customer feedback.
